Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 6 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix into a smooth batter.
  2. Cook on an electric crepe maker, until just cooked.
  3. Make sure not to overcook.
