This is our favorite batter for crepes. It turns out perfect every time. Just make sure that the batter is smooth. Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 1/2 cups water |
6 eggs |
6 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Mix into a smooth batter. 2. Cook on an electric crepe maker, until just cooked. 3. Make sure not to overcook. |
