Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a 2-quart casserole, combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mushroom pieces, and brown rice.
  3. Add milk to a creamy consistency.
  4. Place chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture, pushing them into the mixture halfway.
  5. Cut turkey bacon slices in half and layer on top of the chicken.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes or until chicken is done.
