Creamy Ginger Miso Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp light miso
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp grated gingerroot
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
  2. Coverd and refrigerated, this dressing will keep for about a week.
  3. Enjoy!
