Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Filling:
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the cream cheese.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Whip unitl smooth and creamy.
  5. Crust:
  6. In another bowl, add crushed graham crackers 3 tablespoons sugar and melted butter.
  7. Mix thoroughly.
  8. In small cup cake tin pan, press down 1 tablespoon of graham cracker mixture in each space.
  9. Top with 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  11. Top with a dollop of cherry pie filling.
  12. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
