Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter with oil in a dutch oven.
  2. Stir in flour and cook stirring constantly 5 minutes or until caramel colored.
  3. Add onion and next 6 ingriedients and cook 5 more minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth, parsely and chives.
  5. Cook 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in crawfish and cook 5 more minutes.
  7. Serve with hot cooked rice.
