Cranberry Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup ketchup

Directions:

  1. In bowl, combine egg, milk, stuffing mix, onion, parsley salt and pepper. Add ground meats; mix well. Divide mixture in half. Shape each half into a loaf and place in loaf pans.
  2. Bake, uncovered, in a 350F oven for 45 minutes. Drain off excess fat. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and ketchup; heat through. Spoon some of the sauce over loaves.
  3. Bake 15 minutes more. Reheat remaining sauce and serve with meat loaf.
