Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, coarsely chop the cranberries and transfer them to a bowl. Add the sugar, vinegar and horseradish and toss the mixture well.
  2. Chill the mixture, covered, for 30 minutes and stir in the walnuts. Serve the sauce as as accompaniment to turkey, pork or beef.
