Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 stick butter

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice apples.
  2. Spray rectangular baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Mix apples and cranberries with sugar.
  4. Combine all ingredients except butter and spread on top.
  5. Cut up stick of butter on top of this.
  6. Cover and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
