Couscous Flax Seed Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup couscous
  • 3/4 cup milk ( trim or whole)
  • 1 tsp raw sugar
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl. and microwave for 2mins on high. Stir and further cook if required.
