Couscous Flax Seed Porridge |

I work in an oatmill and am sick of oat porridge. Couscous is a great change and has a wonderful mouth feel when combined with whole flaxseeds - pops in your mouth. Ingredients:
1/2 cup couscous |
3/4 cup milk (trim or whole) |
1 teaspoon raw sugar |
2 tablespoons raisins |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 tablespoons flax seeds |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl. and microwave for 2mins on high. Stir and further cook if required. |
