Country Seed Bread for the Bread Machine

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 4 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups bread flour
  • 3 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 1/4 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Toast the seeds on baking sheet in 350°F oven for 4 minutes; let cool completely.
  2. (If you like, seeds can be added untoasted).
  3. Add ingredients in order given and bake on basic cycle.
