Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 3/4 teasp. salt
  • 2 and 1/2 teasp. baking powder
  • 2 tablesp.shortening
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients and work in blended peanut butter and shortening
  2. Add milk stir to a soft dough
  3. Knead a few times on a lightly floured board
  4. Roll or pat to 1/2 in. thick
  5. Cut rounds
  6. Bake on ungreased baking sheet
  7. 450 degree for 12 to 15 minutes
  8. Split,butter and tuck in a very thin slice of ham.
  9. Enjoy
