Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F
  2. Butter or spray 10 muffin cups.
  3. Mix the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. In another bowl combine egg, milk, oil, dill.
  5. Add this to the flour mixture and stir just till combined.
  6. Spoon into muffin tin 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes till well risen and springy when touched.
  8. Allow muffins to cool 5 minutes.
  9. Serve warm.
