Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sautee onion and green pepper.
  2. Combine onion mixture with the corn and 1/2 of the cheese.
  3. Mix cornbread according to directions and pour into baking dish.
  4. Drop butter by TBS on cornbread.
  5. Pour corn mix into dish over corn and top with cheddar.
  6. Bake at 350* for 30 mins.
  7. Or until cheese is golden brown.
