Ingredients:

  • 1 cup. fresh corn
  • 3 eggs (4 for larger pudding)
  • 3/4 cup. milk
  • 2 tbsps. sugar

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, salt, pepper.
  2. Add corn to mixture, dot with butter.
  3. Stir only once when butter melts.
  4. Oven 400 degrees.
