  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Combine all ingredients and place in a buttered 2 quart.baking dish.
  3. Place dish in a shallow pan with about 1 inch of very hot water.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until an inserted knife appears clean.
