I got this recipe from my neighbor. He is an older gentleman and said this was the way his Mamma made corn pudding. It tastes awesome! Ingredients:
2 c. fresh corn cut from the cob |
4 eggs well-beaten |
2 c. cream |
1 tbs. butter |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Combine all ingredients and place in a buttered 2 quart.baking dish. 3. Place dish in a shallow pan with about 1 inch of very hot water. 4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until an inserted knife appears clean. |
