Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted )
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz) can coconut flakes

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Prepare pie shell according to directions. Pour mixture into shell.
  3. Preheat and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown on center no longer jiggles.
