A custardish Coconut pie. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1/2 cup butter (melted) |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
1/4 cup buttermilk |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1 (8 ounce) can coconut flakes |
1 pie shell |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Prepare pie shell according to directions. Pour mixture into shell. 3. Preheat and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown on center no longer jiggles. |
