Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs,almonds, coconut, lemon zest, juice and essence in a bowl.
  2. Place butter and condensed milk in a small saucepan, Stir over a low heat until the butter melts.
  3. Pour over biscuit mixture and mix well.
  4. Press mix into a 20x25 shallow tin.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour until firm.
  6. -Icing-.
  7. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, adding sufficient boiling water to mix to a stiff paste.
  8. Spread over slice.
  9. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
  10. Sprinkle extra coconut over and keep stored in refrigerator.
