Ingredients:

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1-2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, Dijon, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper
  2. Add oil in a slow stream, whisking the dressing until it emulsified
  3. Add sugar to taste - whisk to combine
