Ingredients:

  • 500 g pork mince
  • 500 g beef mince
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Loaf.
  2. Chop onions, parsely, chives and bacon. Grate carrot.Add meat,breadcrumbs,egg,curry,milk and water.
  3. Combine all ingredients well.
  4. Put into a greased loaf tin.
  5. Cook in moderate oven for about half an hour, then pour over sauce and cook a further 45 minutes.
  6. Sauce.
  7. Combine remaining ingredients.
