Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Skin and bone the trout.
  2. Melt the chocolate morsels with the marshmallow cream in the microwave for 30 sec at a time until melted (approx 3 minutes).
  3. Mix well.
  4. Spread the chocolate mixture over the trout and mushrooms
  5. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
