Ingredients:

  • 1/4-1/2 cup packed splenda brown sugar blend
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (i used light tasting olive oil.)
  • 1 tsp of freshly grated gingerroot
  • 2 tsp of minced garlic

Directions:

  1. Mix all together.
  2. I marinade my meat choice for 2-3 hours in the frigerator using a Ziploc bag but you can marinade up to 6-8 hours.
