I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. We grill pork steaks/chops after marinating them in this. It was wonderful. We highly recommend it. This is also very good with chicken, shrimp and scallops.
Ingredients:
1 cup light soy sauce
1/4-1/2 cup packed splenda brown sugar blend
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (i used light tasting olive oil.)
1 teaspoon of freshly grated gingerroot
2 teaspoons of minced garlic
Directions:
1. Mix all together.
2. I marinade my meat choice for 2-3 hours in the frigerator using a Ziploc bag but you can marinade up to 6-8 hours.
