Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir together...cumin,coriander seeds,salt,cayenne pepper,cinnamon.
  2. Place brown sugar and water in pan,heat until dissolved.
  3. Add almonds.
  4. Scoop out with slotted spoon , to drain liquid.
  5. Toss in spices.
  6. Place on greased pan and place in a 300 degree oven.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes,stir gently half way through baking time.
  8. Stir together the cocoa and powdered sugar.
  9. Roll hot almonds in the cocoa mixture.
  10. ~Highly revered in many cultures...THE ALMOND~
  11. What ever you would like to call it...
  12. Drupes ... Shaken ... Hasten ... Luz ... Hazel ...or... Almande
  13. I just like to call them... GOOD prepared this way.
