Ingredients:

  • 3 qoart's cold water
  • 1 lg han,or soup chicken
  • 2 ps parsley root's peeled
  • 2 knob celery
  • 5 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp vegeta
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 10 black papper corn's.

Directions:

  1. Cat the chicken into 8 pieces.
  2. Place in a soup pot with wather,when water start boilng,add
  3. Chicken,and rest of the ingredients,exept the hot pepper and cauli-
  4. Flower..
  5. Then slowly bring to boil.Remove the scum on top with a ladle.
  6. Cook over very low heat,just below boiling point for about 3 hours.
  7. Again making sure the soup never boils.
  8. About 15-20 minutes before you decide the chicken is done.
  9. Add the pepper and cauliflower.
  10. Make noodels.Adjust saltiness of soup and add cooked noodles.
