Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the warm water, tomato paste and faita seasoning together.
  2. Heat the oil, cook the onion, peppers and chicken.
  3. Add half of the water/tomato mixture.
  4. Spoon the chicken and sauce mixture into the centre of the tortillas. Roll up and place in a lightly greased baking tray.
  5. Spoon the remainder of the sauce over the top - sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  6. Cook in the oven at 190C/350F until the cheese is melted and the tortillas have cripsed.
  7. Serve with salad.
