Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cup carrots

Directions:

  1. Cook chicken in the olive oil, remove the chicken from the pan and place in baking dish in the oven to continue baking.
  2. Add the flour to the pan to make a rue, slowly add the chicken broth and carrots, simmer till carrots are done then add half and half. warm and then add chicken back to pan
