Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes in water with the turmeric.
  2. Heat spinach, onion, ginger, garlic and chili in a pan until spinach is wilted and onion translucent. Transfer to a blender, blend until smooth.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan, add spices and chicken, stir until chicken white. Add the spinach paste, potatoes and the turmeric water (as needed) and simmer until chicken cooked and sauce has desired consistency.
  4. Serve with naan.
