  1. Measure from 7 ingredients into large bowl. Stir. Make a well in center.
  2. Beat egg in separate bowl. Mix in cooking oil and milk. Stir. Pour into well. Stir to moisten. Fill greased muffin cups almost full. Bake in 400 degrees F oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand on racks 5 minutes before removing from pan.
  3. Makes 12.
