Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and flour.
  2. Add cream and tomato juice.
  3. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Cook till thick.
  6. Add grated cheese.
  7. Serve on toast.
