Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut checken pieces to make a pocket by cutting horizontally from side to side leaving the edges intact.
  2. In a bowl combine mozzarella cheese, feta cheese and bacon.
  3. Spoon cheese filling into pockets packing lightly.
  4. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until chicken is done.
  6. Drizzle ranch dressing over chicken before serving.
