Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the halibut into 1 pieces approximately 2 long and 1 wide.
  2. Combine the oil, salt, and garlic.
  3. Marinate the halibut steaks in the oil for about 1-2 min.
  4. Drain the liquid.
  5. Roll the halibut into the cheese and then in the dry bread crumbs.
  6. Place on an oiled baking sheet so that your pieces don't touch.
  7. You want to have air flowing between so they brown evenly.
  8. Bake in a very hot oven.
  9. 450* for about12 min.
  10. Take out when done, and serve.
  11. These are so tasty they can be served with or without tartar sauce.
  12. Or even a good ranch dressing for the kids.
