  1. Charr tomatoes and jalapenos until black on all sides.
  2. You can do this in a cast iron skillet, in the oven or on the grill.
  3. You want very dark skins.
  4. Throw everything in blender.
  5. Blend until constancy you want.
  6. Add bouillon to taste.
