Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs pork butt, cut in thick strips
  • 1/2 cup red food coloring
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Pour food coloring over pork strips, one by one, rubbing color into pork.
  2. Mix other ingredients and marinade pork in it for 1-2 days.
  3. Broil for 1 1/2 hours on lower rack.
