  1. Fry tortillas crisp, brown HB, prepare refried beans, season HB to taste with chili, salt & garlic powder, place 3 tblsp beans on each tortilla, top with cheese and/or HB mixture, heat in hot oven until cheese melts. Top with lettuce & tomato and serve with salsa.
