Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine bran cereal, bananas, milk, Splenda, applesauce, egg substitute and vanilla in a large bowl, stirring well; let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Sift together the flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the bran mixture; stirring just until combined.
  5. Spoon batter into a muffin pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
