Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add chicken and season with parsley, salt & pepper. Boil until chicken is cooked completely.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook until al dente.
  4. Drain tortellini and add to the soup.
