Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine apples, grapes and walnuts in a large clear glass bowl.
  2. In another bowl combine cream cheese, 1 jar caramel ice cream topping, sweetened condensed milk, and sour cream.
  3. Fold into apple mixture.
  4. Pour second jar caramel ice cream topping over top of salad. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if desired.
