California Avocado Horseradish Spread/Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish (or to taste, depending on the strength of the horseradish)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Stir together all ingredients.
  2. Chill 1 hour to marry flavors.
  3. Serve on roast beef sandwiches, or on bagels with salmon. Makes a great appie served on mini-bagels, topped with a spiced nut.
