Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook meat, garlic, and onion.
  2. Stir in tomatoes,rice, soup, and spices.
  3. Spread in ungreased 13X9 casserole dish.
  4. Top with chopped cabbage.
  5. Cover and bake in preheated oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove and sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Bake another 15 minutes or just until cheese melts.
