Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice bread into diagonal pieces 2cm thick.
  2. Mix half the oil and the garlic, and brush over both sides of the bread.
  3. Char grill lightly on both sides.
  4. Mix remaining oil, basil and tomatoes and toss until well combined.
  5. Spoon onto bread.
