Brown & Wild Rice—Spanish Style [11oz]

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups brown rice
  • 1/4 cups wild rice
  • 10.21 oz. fresh onion
  • 1 cups water
  • 4 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Cook the Fresh tomatoes down to a liquid, remove skins.
  2. Chop onions & bell pepper into 1/4 cubes
  3. Add Rice and rest of ingredients.
  4. Cover.
  5. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer... cook for 1 hour
  6. NO PEAKING!
