Brown Sugar Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup paprika
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 (2-lb) salmon fillet, cut into portions

Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Rub spice mixture over all sides of salmon; let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Grill salmon over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
