Broiled Basa Fish

Ingredients:

  • 15 -20 oz basa fillets (about 3 fillets)
  • 3 tsp dill (to taste)
  • 2 tsp fennel seeds (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Brush each fillet with butter.
  2. Sprinkle each fillet with salt and pepper, dill and fennel seeds to taste.
  3. Broil for 10 minutes or until done, about 4 inches from the broiler.
