Directions:

  1. For dressing:
  2. T. sugar
  3. /3 c. cider vinegar
  4. /3 c. veg. oil
  5. T. Mayo
  6. T. Dijon Mustard
  7. T. tabasco sauce
  8. /2 t. salt
  9. /2 t. pepper
  10. For Slaw:
  11. (12 oz) bag broccoli slaw
  12. C. frozen peas (thawed)
  13. /2 c. chopped scallions
  14. /2 c. raisins
  15. /4 c. dry-roasted sunflower seeds.
  16. Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over slaw mixture.
  17. Makes 6 c.
