Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (15 oz) jar cheez whiz (medium)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a casserole dish and place in a 375 degree oven. Approximately 15 minutes into cooking, ingredients should be soft enough to stir together. Continue cooking until top is golden brown (about 45 min). Remove from oven and cover. Let sit for 15-20 minutes Then serve. My kids love this so I double it so that we have left-overs, it is great re-heated.
