Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Sauté Onion in Butter until soft
  3. Stir in Flour and Water
  4. Cook over low heat until thickened and ten bring to a boil
  5. Mix in Broccoli, Cheese, and Eggs
  6. Turn into a buttered casserole dish
  7. Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter
